The CAD Designer is responsible for the AutoCAD drafting of the land development plan sets for various types of retail, commercial, industrial and residential site projects throughout regions where we do business.  

The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for the project management, leadership, profitability and client management for a design team. Responsibilities include project management, financial performance, loss prevention, budgeting, workload and staff balancing, preparation of technical proposals, monitoring of project budgets, staff supervision and scheduling of key projects.  The Sr. Project Manager will maintain presence and leadership throughout the regions where we do business through involvement in civic, professional and business organizations. This is a leadership position that also includes mentoring and developing staff.

The Project Coordinator performs various administrative and office support activities for the office, in general, and serves as lead Assistant for selected client(s). The position includes project tracking; project follow-up; preparing submissions to agencies; arranging meetings/travel; preparing materials for hearings; assisting with proposals, subcontractor invoice review, billing; filing and other general office support, as required.
