Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the project including report/plan, financial performance, loss prevention, workload and staff balancing, preparation of technical proposals, monitoring of project budgets, staff supervision and scheduling of key projects.

This position will work with the Project Manager in carrying out the development of the work product.

The Party Chief is responsible for surveying to determine precise location and measurements of points, elevations and contours for construction, subdivisions, titles, or other land development purposes. Duties include all aspects of surveying including but not limited to: boundary, location, topographic, title and ALTA surveys, calculations, deed research, field data analysis, aerial ground control and topographic surveys, utility locations including pipe inverts and sizes, Right-of-Way Surveys, Wetland Location Surveys, and construction layout.
